Brand Experience Director

ENSEK is on a mission to become the global operating retail experience platform for the energy transition. As we scale internationally, we’re investing in a powerful brand presence to match our product innovation and market ambition.
We are seeking a strategic, operationally excellent, and creatively driven Brand Experience Director to lead ENSEK’s global brand activation across industry events and internal culture initiatives.
This is a pivotal role for a high-performing brand or field marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, agency collaboration, and world-class execution.
What You’ll Own
External Brand Experiences (80%)
- Define and execute ENSEK’s global event strategy to drive visibility, market influence, and revenue pipeline growth.
- Own the end-to-end management of our external brand experience agency from briefing through delivery and debrief, ensuring every activation aligns with ENSEK’s GTM priorities.
- Manage the event marketing P&L, tracking budgets, timelines, KPIs, and ROI across global exhibitions, executive roundtables, customer events, partner showcases, and industry forums. · Ensure standout execution, from booth experience design to logistics, technology integration, and post-event analytics.
- Collaborate with the Content Lead and wider marketing team to turn every activation into a flywheel of content and digital engagement across owned channels.
- Represent ENSEK on-site at priority events globally, providing leadership, alignment, and real-time decision-making to ensure world-class execution. This role is about owning the moment, not just managing it remotely.
Internal Brand Advocacy (20%)
- Collaborate with the People team to lead ENSEK’s internal brand experience initiatives that build employee engagement, culture alignment, and brand ambassadorship.
- Shape and manage with the People team, internal events, kick-offs, and brand advocacy moments, ensuring ENSEK’s brand promise resonates as powerfully internally as it does externally.
Experience
- Extensive experience delivering exceptional global event programmes, either in a field marketing lead or senior event agency role.
- Proven track record managing complex agency relationships and delivering brand experience at scale - from concept to teardown.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management, event budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Deep familiarity with exhibition design, experiential formats, digital integrations, and global logistics.
- Strategic mindset and storytelling ability to translate product capabilities into immersive brand experiences.
- Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills and able to partner closely with sales, product marketing, operations, and executive teams.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently to support global events, with the presence and confidence to lead onsite execution alongside agency partners.

- Experience working in SaaS or tech-led B2B environments with long sales cycles.
- Familiarity with content amplification strategies and performance-led marketing.
